WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It could have been cancelled for 2 reasons:
- Processing can take 3-5 business days. Depending on which delivery carrier you choose at checkout determines how long it takes to deliver your product.
- Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout.
It could have been cancelled for 2 reasons:
- We were unable to verify your billing information OR
- The item suddenly became out of stock due to real time ordering
- You can change or cancel any order within 24 hours of it being placed as long as it has not been shipped. Pre-Orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.
