Standard USPS 3-5 business days
Expedited UPS 1-2 business days
All items that are eligible for returns must be returned back within 7 days from the delivered date.
We DO NOT issue any refunds or exchanges for hair. We only accept returns on our hair accessories. We will be happy to issue an exchange for the same exact product if there is a defect or an in-store credit but you will be charged a 15% restock fee if you choose in-store credit.
If the item is defective you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Once we receive it and determine that it is defective, we will refund you back the shipping cost and send you a replacement of the same product.
TRULYADOLL HAIRCO. is NOT responsible for the shipping cost of any returned items unless determined by the quality control department that a shipping refund is needed.
